Storytelling & Content Manager

HudsonWay Immersion School

HudsonWay Immersion School is seeking a creative storyteller with exceptional photography, videography, writing, and content production skills to help tell the story of our school.
The Storytelling & Content Manager will identify, capture, and share the authentic moments that define the HudsonWay experience—from the curiosity of our youngest learners to the confidence and global perspective of our graduates. Working closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams, this individual will create compelling visual and written content that strengthens the school’s brand, supports enrollment and retention, and deepens engagement with current and prospective families.
More than a content creator, this individual will help build HudsonWay’s Storytelling Library—a growing collection of stories, images, videos, testimonials, and digital assets that communicate who we are and why our mission matters.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys spending time in classrooms, building relationships across the school community, and transforming authentic experiences into stories that inspire.

Create editorial calendars aligned with admissions, retention, fundraising, and school events.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all digital platforms.

Support routine updates to the school’s website using Finalsite.
Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions on campaigns that strengthen the admissions journey and family experience.
Maintain an organized digital asset management system to ensure photography, videos, and graphics are easily accessible.
Establish efficient production workflows and timelines that support consistent, high-quality storytelling.
