Director of Admissions & Advancement

We’re hiring MRM’s first ever Director of Admissions & Advancement. We need someone who wants to build, from the ground up, the way our school welcomes families, grows its community of supporters, and tells its story. Some key details:

☀️ An inaugural role: You’ll be the first person ever to hold it, with no playbook to inherit. What you build becomes how it’s done.

💙 Mission-driven work: You’ll tell the story of a gem of a Montessori school in beautiful Duluth, MN, and help shape its future.

👏 Salary range is $55,000–$75,000, plus full benefits: That includes tuition remission and a start date that’s flexible for the right person.
